WHO will prosecute RSPCA Inspector Lawrence Stageman for his perjury that cost Geraldine Robertson her $5million worth of World Famous pedigreed Neiger Poodles?

RSPCA having stolen from Geraldine Robertson with perjury and fabricated evidence, is now intending to put her in jail with more fabricated evidence and perjury.

It is now official. Our Labor Governments has licensed, supported and assisted RSPCA, taxpayer/Queensland Labor Government funded this year $6.5 million, a private licensed registered business trading in pets since 1999, entrenched with Animal Fanatics, to steal for RSPCA own profit. This invoice is a fraud, a criminal act of making Geraldine Robertson pay for the care of her healthy dogs, dogs that were no longer hers. The dogs referred to in this invoice were legally the property of RSPCA having been given to RSPCA by the Queensland Labor Government on the 8th February 2008 formal transfer of ownership 8 feb 08.pdf.  If you fight RSPCA the harassment is continuous and RSPCA corrupt tactics will leave you vulnerable broke and bankrupt. Geraldine Robertson paid lawyers Bow Williams to represent her in her agreed Trial for the criminal charges (now 144 instead of 149 after Geraldine Robertson had proven in her appeal against forfeiture in M6213/08 that RSPCA had neglected and murdered 4 of her puppies and 1old healthy much loved dog) scheduled for 27 June 2011 but RSPCA stole this legal representation from her by producing another 9 volumes of evidence at the last minute leaving her lawyers unprepared and the Court obliging RSPCA to defer the scheduled Trial.. Under the Animal Care and Protection Act, RSPCA, with media in tow to make an RSPCA Animal Rescue television show, went on 9/1/2008  to Geraldine Robertson's property when Geraldine Robertson was in crises immediately after the worst flash flooding rains in twenty years to make an RSPCA Animal Rescue television show and releasing fabricated evidence with lies damning Geraldine Robertson on television and the Internet. RSPCA seized $5million worth of dogs disallowing her to have her valuable pedigreed dogs micro chip and inspected by a veterinarian before or at seizure.  RSPCA destroyed Australia's world Famous pedigreed Neiger poodles, a registered licensed business exporting dogs to the world and a boarding kennel and cattery business established since 1973 without any problems until 9/1/2008. Thirteen pet quality dogs belonging to Benji-Pet Kennels were booked to be exported to Singapore the next day 10/9/2008. Every dog seized from Geraldine Robertson's property by RSPCA, was forfeited to the State who immediately transferred ownership of the dogs to RSPCA and sold by RSPCA for their own profit. Geraldine Robertson is now a registered bankrupt, courtesy of the corrupt Acting Magistrate Brian Kuck who lied in his summarisation to justify his Decision. These dogs had been purchased from four breeders on behalf of Benji-Pet Kennels with Geraldine Robertson acting as an agent for Benji-Pet Kennels. Her duties were to ensure those dogs were of the specified quality and to ship them to Benji Kennels in Singapore. This evidence was clearly shown in the numerous emails between Benji Kennels and Geraldine Robertson submitted to the corrupt Acting Magistrate Brian Kuck's hearing.

To date RSPCA has stolen from Geraldine Robertson her $5million in world famous Neiger Poodles, her home, $700,000+ in legal costs and outlays directly caused by litigations and $258,220 in other property stolen, seizing all her evidence and personal properties on the 2nd raid 22/2/2008,  her business income Clayton_Utz_no_dogs_29_feb_08.pdf and her peace and solicitude and emotional well being has been destroyed by the grief, the constant harassment living in fear and terror from all the death threats, assaults, nasty letters etc since 9/1/2008.  The total cost to Geraldine Robertson is over $6million.

The Charge of perjury against Lawrence Stageman: 
At the Brisbane Magistrate Court in the matter M6213/08 one Lawrence Stageman being on affirmation dated 14/08/2008 (day 5 of the trial) and examined while still on affirmation on 15/08/2008 transcripts day 6 page 9 line 30  did state knowing not to be the truth to the question "Was a count done at the premises as to a number of dogs seized?-- answered falsely Yeah, each - two other inspectors that were helping us were counting the dogs and gave us the number of 104." and further one Lawrence Stateman did contradict this statement when being on affirmation on 27/08/2008 (day 7 page 55 line 1 of the trial) Lawrence Stageman to the question Would you agree that-----?- said - I'm trying to write down the dogs as they're coming out, so I've got a list of the dogs, but because they were all - everything went and then Shayne said, "Oh, we'll do it all back at the - the shelter", so I stopped doing it.  

So really, you didn't have a - you didn't have any say in that as to whether the dogs should be identified or not?-- Well, they were all put in the cars and by that time----- 

So virtually a snatch action-----?-- -----I lost count-----

-----yep, snatch-----?-- -----well, I don't know about snatch and grab, but everyone was-----'

Both statements cannot be true.

This was relevant to the issues before the Court as it became the important first limb in the Decision of Magistrate Strofield#page=10  all the transcripts for this trial

The decision of Magistrate Strofield was based on over 50 + lies and fabrications of evidence: example one was by RSPCA Lawrence Stageman and because RSPCA did not provide complete disclosure Geraldine Robertson was unable to properly dispute this lie. Magistrate Strofield relied on Lawrence Stageman's perjury in his decision and concluded that dogs surrendered to RSPCA by Vlahos had been seized and counted on Geraldine Robertson's property. Decision of Magistrate Strofield#page=10 Much of Magistrate Strofield's decision depended on this perjury. These 4 dogs had in fact been given to RSPCA by Vlahos with Vlahos claiming to be their owner. Vlahos consent to surrender.pdf. Note this document is signed by Vlahos as the owner of four of Geraldine Robertson's dogs.

Vlahos stole 4 of Geraldine Robertson's dogs and gave them to RSPCA. RSPCA witness Nanda TEN-GROTENHUIS then stepped in with an affidavit to Help Vlahos with more lies see: The Supreme Court Brisbane  Decision of Wilson delivered 12-11-2010.pdf  relied on the lie that the dogs stolen by Vlahos had been previously seized by RSPCA and could therefore not be stolen from Geraldine Robertson by Vlahos. Vlahos relied on the Strofield_Decision.pdf that could not possibly be true.

At page 37 of the veterinarian report prepared by RSPCA these dogs stolen bt Vlahos and given away to RSPCA have been identified under the heading Private Surrendered.

Criminal Code Act 1899 s123A Perjury—contradictory statements
If, on the trial of a person for perjury, the jury is satisfied that—
(a) the accused has made 2 statements on oath or under another sanction authorised by law, 1 of which is irreconcilably in conflict with the other; and
(b) the accused made 1 of the statements knowing it to be false; but the jury is unable to say which statement was falsely made, the jury may make a special finding to that effect and find the accused guilty of perjury.
124 Punishment of perjury
(1) Any person who commits perjury is liable to imprisonment for 14 years.

Can anyone help me put RSPCA Inspector Lawrence Stageman in jail for 14 years. As an RSPCA Inspector he had a higher duty than an ordinary citizen to tell the truth so the punishment must be more severe for him than an ordinary citizen.

Bruce Billson recognises that letting business fail because of crimes against them is destroying government tax revenues, jobs and the potential future benefits those failed businesses could bring to Australia. Please email your experiences with the State Government, State agents like RSPCA, big business dirty tactics, the effects of regulations that make your business less profitable or deny you an opportunity. The simple explanation for why electricity prices have risen so dramatically is that State Governments have sold licences to companies to resell electricity creating another profit seeking level in the distribution of electricity. Regulation reduces our standards of living.

State Governments have no interest in protecting small business as State Governments do not get taxes from small businesses. State Governments see small businesses as an opportunity worth $100,000's by abuse of powers and prosecutions feeding the greedy legal system and lawyers and in the process benefit from unnecessarily punishing and neglecting the needs of small businesses. State Police will not prosecute staff or retrieve property stolen by staff that often results in businesses being sent broke. State agents with Policing powers like RSPCA prosecute small businesses for profit sending good hard working people bankrupt taking every thing from them and causing Australia to lose those businesses. When RSPCA came to Geraldine Robertson's property and seized all her 109 poodles Australia lost its world famous Neiger poodles and many people lost business opportunities when Geraldine Robertson could no longer export their poodles. 

I was brought up to love thy neighbour and do unto others as you would want others to do unto you. This means provide goods and services to receive money in exchange with fairness. Government think people should have money so they can go shopping. This is naive. Money is a device we use so we can all look after each other and make all our lives richer and more satisfying. One day when you have a problem the Government will not be there to help you, instead the government will participate with the crooks and send you broke.

From 1980 to 1986 I built multi-user mini computer systems till an employee robbed me costing me $260,000 and sent my business broke. This was when a house was $45,000 and the average wage was $15,000. In the previous six years I paid tax amounting to $500,000 (today's money $2.3million). Instead of helping I was charged with criminal offences and finished up fighting a corrupt system. It is not a crime to steal your own property - trial by jury not guilty. I was then charged with perjury in an attempt to have me locked up on remand for at least 6 months - dismissed as malicious. I was charged with menaces by post because of an angry letter to the then Police Complaints Tribunal - charge dropped. My house was bugged and on average every two weeks was stopped by Police and had my licence taken on false traffic charges. I was charged with having an instrument of house breaking - a 3 inch screw driver in my pocket I had just used on a customer's computer, found guilty by a corrupt magistrate and the conviction was overturned on appeal.

I never again had the confidence to employ people and build another business, instead I worked from home and earned enough to get buy.  At the time I had been developing a multi tasking, multi user multi processor computer system which I could not afford to continue. Some seven years later a US company called MIPS was selling a simular machine around  the world. That would have been an Australian multi-national computer business. One would think a government would protect its tax revenue and its future by looking after small business but instead government supports the cheats and crooks who steal and have the money to employ lawyers. The Supreme Court would not let me pursue compensation by striking out my claim against the Corrupt Police officer and his criminal mate.

Australia lost its world famous Neiger Poodles that were being exported to the world when RSPCA came when Geraldine Robertson was in crises after the worst flash flooding rains in twenty years and stole them on 1/8/2008. The Government then supported and helped RSPCA get away with their crimes. The Supreme Court would not let Geraldine Robertson pursue compensation from RSPCA by striking out her claim against RSPCA and the State of Queensland.

When did Australia cease to be a good neighbour? When someone loses their house the good neighbour would help them out perhaps by allowing them to live in a caravan or shed till they had managed to get themselves another house. Centrelink welfare is designed to help people out through their bad times. Australia with a vast unpopulated north that needs development is throwing away an opportunity to develop this north. Farmers have cattle that could be slaughtered and sold as meat, there are vast areas of land that could be farmed and minerals that could be mined. When I went to University there were many students on schemes where their education was being paid by companies on the agreement that they would work for that company for two years after they graduated. Australia is in the position where they could welcome millions of refugees to this country provided they were prepared to agree to work in North Australia and develop it. It would be simple to create a tax free zone as an incentive for companies to move north to employ all these people. Perhaps the agreement could include payments for education where these people are taught English, religious instruction over all religions including atheist's and agnostic beliefs thus encouraging these people to be more tolerant of other Australians. Simple apprenticeships could also be part of this education.    

"RSPCA are outside trying to get in" - This is Geraldine Robertson's nightmare. Geraldine Robertson is now impecunious having lost everything because of RSPCA.

 This nightmare wakes Geraldine Robertson through the night and has left her unable to get a good night's sleep. RSPCA are common criminals thugs that robbed Geraldine Robertson on 9/1/2008 of her one true love, her World Famous Neiger Poodles worth $5million. Every time it rains these nightmares are worse. RSPCA came when Geraldine Robertson was in crises after the worst flooding rains in twenty years. RSPCA came with the media and what followed was the worst nightmare of a 3 year campaign of harassment and abuse with threats of violence and death including Geraldine Robertson being assaulted, having people come to her property and throw cans, stones and bottles at her smashing one in her head. The Courts refused to give Geraldine Robertson protection from RSPCA by dismissing her complaint under the Peace and Good Behaviour Act. RSPCA stole from Geraldine Robertson her right to expect Police protection because the Police abused her when she called them for help and when she was assaulted took 5 hours. This was investigated by the Crime and Misconduct Commissison who determined the Police did nothing wrong.

RSPCA came again on the 22/2/2008 and stole from her her evidence she needed for the appeal for the return of her dogs. RSPCA stole her livelihood by threatening to come again and again if Geraldine Robertson had any dogs on her property. Geraldine Robertson business exporting dogs was destroyed by RSPCA. Geraldine Robertson's fetted kennel licence expires if she spends more than 6 months without more than six dogs on her property. This kennel licence has significant capital value and RSPCA worked at taking this from her including making false claims that she was operating an unlicensed kennel.
