 Geraldine Robertson needs our help, she is the victim of a massive injustice.

Geraldine Robertson bred World Famous NEIGER pedigreed poodles and was exporting her dogs to the world - USA, UK, Canada, Japan, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. After 30 years of breeding with genetic health testing and selecting for sweet temperaments Geraldine Robertson had Poodles that were well known and highly sought after world wide by breeders.

Geraldine Robertson needed SES help as there was massive rains that flooded her Buccan kennels and yards with debris. Geraldine Robertson had begun the clean up process and had moved most of her dogs to house holding pens and cleaned some of the kennels. Buccan had the worst flooding for 20 years. Instead RSPCA came with RSPCA Animal Rescue film crew on the 9th January 2008 armed with Police and warrant and seized all her dogs. RSPCA had Council help with dog transport vehicles parked ready in Dairy Creek Road waiting for the order to transport her dogs to the RSPCA Fairfield Shelter. It was a planned seizure and the conditions of Geraldine Robertson's dogs were irrelevant.

RSPCA also seized 13 puppies ready for export to Singapore and Geraldine Robertson had an export order from Hong Kong for $260,000 of puppies that her bitches had been mated to fill, this order was for 60 puppies. This was the first of many future orders to sell her puppies for up to $6,000 each. Geraldine Robertson's Red and Chocolate coloured poodles were fetching the highest prices because they were very rare and to the Chinese red is a happy and prosperous colour. 

Geraldine Robertson wanted her dogs back so RSPCA punished Geraldine Robertson into a stupor of fear, terror and loss as RSPCA tried to force Geraldine Robertson to surrender her beloved dogs. The RSPCA campaign included massive defamation in the media; many nasty threatening anonymous letters; 12 months of threats and abusive phone calls; visits to her property by people throwing abuse and objects at her; (Geraldine Robertson was assaulted with a bottle. Police took 5 hours to respond;  garbage was dumped in her drive way; Internet forums and web sites filled with racist defamation inciting violence towards her. Geraldine Robertson suffered massively and this woman was still not deterred.

When RSPCA learned Geraldine Robertson was Appealing for the return of her dogs RSPCA came again armed with Police and warrant on the 22 February 2008. When the Police left RSPCA seized all Geraldine Robertson's evidence. Geraldine Robertson's kennel records had the names of people who had been to her kennels and seen her kennels as they boarded their dogs with her. These people were witnesses for the conditions of Geraldine Robertson's kennels over the Christmas and New Year period. Geraldine Robertson's legally privileged documents, private banking records, tax records, photos, cash, wedding ring, jewellery and other valuables were also taken. A witness (not allowed to give this evidence in Court) saw RSPCA inspectors searching through Geraldine Robertson's handbag when she was not present, RSPCA went through her bedroom, the whole house and sheds taking things. Geraldine Robertson was told to not to obstruct as she would be charged with obstruction, she had to wait outside her own home while her house was ransacked and three vehicle loads of property taken.

RSPCA Lawyers, Clayton Utz, pretended to have the power to return Geraldine Robertson's poodles and had Geraldine Robertson run up $80,000 in legal costs with lawyers negotiating for the return of her dogs. When Geraldine Robertson agreed to surrender her own dogs provided all of the other people's dogs were returned to them Clayton Utz reneged on the deal. Only the DPI could make the decision to return Geraldine Robertson's dogs to her.

Clayton Utz made sure Geraldine Robertson could not earn an income from her kennel and poodle business with threats, including seizures, that she not conduct any business. An attempt was made to have Geraldine Robertson declared mentally ill and a guardian appointed to take control of all her assets and legal rights.

RSPCA contacted witnesses and intimidated them. One was told what to say including a story that Geraldine Robertson's dogs were packing and eating each other. Without the kennel records Geraldine Robertson could not remember who had been to her kennels and seen their condition over the Christmas New year period.

Geraldine Robertson's Appeal for the return of her dogs went to the Magistrates Court where Geraldine Robertson has to represent herself and do her own legal documents. In Court an open yard with wet concrete had become a sludge of faeces and urine with a putrid smell ("that burnt the back of my throat"); puppies, previously playing in the rain in the court yard and put into cages for their own protection from RSPCA were covered in urine and paper on the cage floor became a sludge of putrid faeces and urine and the puppies had urine burns on their paws. A dog RSPCA called Ned had maggots put on him. Three not weaned puppies died from starvation in RSPCA care 3 weeks after seizure were said to have died from Geraldine Robertson's neglect.

Many provable lies were told and when the Magistrate was asked to charge the witnesses with perjury he said there had been no perjury and he would consider their evidence. This Magistrate has not yet made his judgment. An Application that he resign because of bias was denied. An appeal to the District Court that he resign because he was biased failed because no appeals are allowed during a trial. The Film taken by the RSPCA Animal Rescue film crew was hidden from the Court and Geraldine Robertson.

RSPCA have now filed 149 charges against Geraldine Robertson. RSPCA are now saying Geraldine Robertson is deliberately running them out of money in Legal expenses. RSPCA spend over $3Million promoting themselves!

A small group will go rogue when given massive powers without supervision. This is demonstrated by the Stanford Prison Experiment - Google it. RSPCA, a private pet business, administers an Act of Parliament and have all the powers granted to them by that Act. The CMC or the Police cannot investigate them.
