This evidence is consistent with someone having viewed the Imagination Television video (much unavailable to us) then preparing an affidavit based on the video. Katie Heaton was not even at Buccan Road. People who lie improve the plausibility of their lies by elaborating.  Thus the GPS log, the photos she lies that she took, the talk to Geraldine Robertson about dragging dogs by their front legs, the discussion with the inspectors etc. They elaborate excessively thus all the things she says she did and saw are just not feasible. Lies - The Affidavit of Gwenn Katie Heaton Volume 1/14/14.html has exhibits claimed to have been taken by her. They are from Stageman's Volume 18/waterford kenn/Full page photo with links.pdf see folder Volume 18/waterford kenn/Laurie 2 were screen shots taken from Court Exhibit 2 dvds/entry boe williams/VTS_01_1.VOB  Stageman said Transcripts 7-118 that Channel 10 had made his video into a DVD and he took still photos off that DVD.  Katie Heaton said paragraph 39  she saved the photos to a secure file and gave the specimen to Stageman. The video on dvds/entry boe williams/VTS_01_1.VOB is identical in every respect to the photos Katie Heaton says she took. Not possible.

Super woman Katie Heaton was able to do in just one hour what would take a normal person at least six hours to do.

A close examination of her GPS in her car is revealing as it is not like a normal GPS log. It starts from Nerang Street Waterford which is miles away from the RSPCA Fairfield Shelter. Stagemans tape transcript Page 23 line 40 Stageman: [on the phone] mate dogs living conditions, they're in good body condition, like healthwise, some of them haven't been clipped in months. We had a look at the kennels down the back, living conditions there's shit piled up in pens. We've got 3 council vehicles they'll be able to take 14 dogs. We can take 8 in our other trailer. rang Katie to see if Katie can bring the other trailer up. She's sitting in the office and she says she's trying to get someone to bring the other dog trailer up.

The GPS log is faulty the starting location is the same as the arrival location. The GPS Log indicates she does not reach Buccan Road. But at 13:22 leaves Buccan Road having a standing time of 54minutes. I can say that to have the starting address the same as the arrival address with a time to go nowhere does not make sense and no GPS log could possibly be organised like this. This appears to be another error made while fabricating evidence.
