7 Inside boarding block

at least two dogs in kennel at entrance. There is at least two dogs in the kennel to the right of the entrance with no one left to seize them.

6 The dog with the show trim was a bit aggressive. Geraldine saw Stageman try to lasso it with a steal wire with a loop. This was after Imagination had taken the video at the halfway house, house back yard and house pen and then walked back taking more video of the boarding block on their way back through the boarding kennel gate on their way to the house. Geraldine had walked back from the halfway kennel and was watching her dogs being seized. Then someone else tried to lasso the dog and was successful.

5. After video segment 6 Geraldine walked away and left them to it going back to the house. At the house she had a confrontation because one of her dogs was kicked and strangled and she eventually was allowed to pick it up and put it into the trailer. The Imagination camera crew had been in the house taking more video - segments 2 and 5.

1 Geraldine did see Shayne Towers-Hammond pick up a camera after everyone had left.  Shayne Towers-Hammond also had an audio tape that Geraldine saw him talking into.

On his audio tape transcripts he states: "1:30pm Wednesday 9 January 2008" Volume 19/B.Shayne Towers-Hammond/1.pdf at 3minues 45seconds into this tape "STH: identifies himself again - says, "We're about to leave now. A warrant was excecuted at the premises - as a result now all the dogs have been removed - now I understand the situation for you now can be quiet stressful - and all the animals will be looked after at the RSPCA where appropriate procedures are looked into - such as we need to check all the animals, collate all the animals and that sort of thing. Do you have any concerns, any worries, anything you want to say to me at this time?"

The time therefore is 1:33:45 and all dogs have been removed but the exit video starts at 2:55pm. But the exit video shows dogs still there - Impossible ?????  Volume 19/B.Shayne Towers-Hammond/CD & DVD documentation/Exhibit 21 (1of2)/1 Audio Track.aiff

The camera crew had walked back to the boarding block where most of the dogs had been removed and all the dogs facing the house side were gone and took more video of that kennel. (This video appears in part in Shayne-Towers-Hammond's exit video). The Camera crew then walked back to the house and took more video of the entrance yard, which was now emptied of dogs. Geraldine had followed them down and had become very concerned when she saw a dog being kicked and dragged choking to the dog trailer. Geraldine protested and stood her ground fighting for her dog accusing RSPCA of almost killing the dogs. Eventually someone said "let her put the dog in the trailer herself" and this was when she saw the dogs in the trailer full of fear and terror, packed in tightly and emptying themselves over each other.

The dogs from the back yard had been moved into the house pen from which these dogs were being taken. The Camera crew then filmed this pen, in front of Geraldine, from the Office door into the pen where there were still about 8 dogs. (This video segment is in Shayne Towers-Hammond's exit video)
