AFFIDAVIT OF VICTORlA WILLOUGHBY LOMAX compared with Veterinarian records and with comments.

I, VICTORIA WILLOUGHBY LOMAX, of 301 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, being the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) Queensland, solemnly and sincerely affirm and declare:

1. I am employed as a Veterinarian, RSPCA QLD Inc. I graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1969 from the University of Queensland

2. On Wednesday 9 January 2008 I was present at the RSPCA at Fairfield when a large number of poodles arrived at the shelter.

Paragraph 3:

Response to Paragraph 3 Lomax Paragraph 3
In a kennel of 109 poodles there are poodles just clipped through to some needing clipping.     The RSPCA packed 104 dogs into space for 24 dogs. The dogs were abused on their way to the Shelter. The dogs were stressed and vomited, deficated and urinated on each other in this highly stressed condition. 3. I was shocked to see the general condition of these dogs - many had grossly mattedˇ coats and most were very smelly. A large number were very timid and many were reluctant to walk on lead.

Paragraph 4:      Read this and learn how RSPCA Veterinarians tell lies and fabricate evidence.

Taken from the Veterinarian Report BT 5732 Lomax paragraph 4.
10/1/8 Clipped, Given 1.3ml noroclav injection.  11/1/8 Gave IV Fluids @ 25ml/hr as was quite flat this morning. p.m. - Pulled drip out, drinking well, query eating? Temgesic given tid and continue with antibiotics add nsaid norocarp to treatment regime 1 x daily.  12/1/8 Dog seems very uncomfortable. Query straining to defecate or just too painful to sit down. Place back on IV fluids @ maintenance; eating small amounts of tinned food.  13/1/8 Taken drip out again!! But eating tinned food today; straining and eventually passed soft faeces, seems better in itself.  15/1/8 Happier each day; fur matted to skin will probably need GA to clip and scrub, spray dermacleanse today nad apply neotopic, continue temgesic.   4. The following day I was asked to examine BT 5732 a dog which we called Ned. Ned's condition was appalling. He was very depressed and had an elevated temperature. His matted hair was wet and smelly, the smell being from faeces and urine. There were maggots around his anus and actually in the matted hair close to his skin. His skin from the base of this tail around his anus and down his legs was red and inflamed. The matted hair was such that it would have caused pain when he moved.

5. The mats were so close to the skin on the back half of his body, that they had to be clipped very carefully with scissors, disturbing many "nests" of maggots as we gradually clipped the hair away.

The evidence of Ned with maggots has been fabricated and this is proven here.

How could a male dog defecate such as to get dags, faeces and urine above his tail?

6. Ned's condition was a result of long term neglect. He took several months to recover and is now a happy healthy dog.

The RSPCA fabricated this evidence and Ned was not a neglected dog

7. There were many dogs in that group which were very nearly as bad as Ned. Clearly this owner had failed in their duty of care for these dogs.

This paragraph is all lies. It is a fabrication and a lie by an RSPCA Veterinarian

8. During the last 6 months I have been working with treating the poodles for the ear conditions which they had when arriving at the shelter. The dogs are easy to treat and there is no excuse for the dogs being neglected, resulting in the appalling condition they were in when seized by the RSPCA Inspectors.

Geraldine Robertson was looking after he dogs and was treating the few who had problems. Geraldine Robertson's dogs were not being neglected.
