On the 27th May 2009 RSPCA staged an exercise to intimidate Judges by demonstrating RSPCA power with a large contingent of RSPCA paid employees. All paid for with your charitable donations for generous salaries and generous allowances (non taxable) plus fringe benefits from "legal theft" of victims' valuable assets of RSPCA CEO Mark Townend, inspectors, etc.. all present for the day.  It is not enough that RSPCA administers an act of Parliament (Animal Care and Protection Act 2001) without supervision that gives them greater than Police Powers, warrants to search and seize animals, business records, cash, jewellery and what other personal property RSPCA employees fancies. RSPCA do this with emails trying to cause their defendant's harm in Courts see the "save the Poodles campaign" email. Only RSPCA could foster these poodles referred to in this email.
