When a small group are given massive Police Powers without supervision they go rogue. The Stanford Prison Experiment (Google it) and other simular experiments proves this. Queensland\'s Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 appoints RSPCA staff as inspectors and the Chief Inspector, Michael Pecic, has the full Administrative Powers of the Act delegated to him. The Crime and Misconduct Commission cannot investigate as RSPCA are not a unit of Public Administration and the Police cannot investigate because RSPCA administer an Act of parliament. I have volunteered for and donated to the RSPCA for nearly fifty years. This is not the organisation I once knew and loved and cared for. As a farm girl, I had a very good education when it came to animal behaviour. As much as you might like an animal, if it goes rogue on you - you have to destroy it. The RSPCA is now full of people who use animals rather than care for them. The rogue RSPCA must now be \'put down\' to make way for the new organisations that are replacing them. RSPCA put down 12,000 dogs a year in Brisbane and lots of other animals. An RSPCA rescued dog will almost definitely end up dead in a garbage bin. Native animals that cannot be sold are also put down. Calling on RSPCA for an animal is a death sentence for that animal. RSPCA have caused a lot of people to become unhappy with them because their pets put down by RSPCA.

RSPCA murdered my $2000 white toy poodle Fifi. Fifi went missing and three days later after lots of notices on power poles a neighbour\'s son told me thay had seen RSPCA step into my front yard and collect Fifi. I called RSPCA and they said they had her and sent emailed me a photo, it was her. Straight away I went to pick her up and I was told \"she was put down yesterday\". A friend suggested she was probably sold for more money to someone else. I miss Fifi. Every day I feel for her and wonder what really happened to her.

RSPCA a \"private business\" must not be allowed to have the \"Power of Government\" as they do now, given to RSPCA by the delegation of the Labor Government through DPI as RSPCA had proven and shown the ruthless cruel acts RSPCA Inspectors committed against many australians. I believe they are now re named as \"DPI Inspectors\". It does not matter what labels RSPCA personnel are given, as dishonest, immoral persons will stay the same - it is inherent. When an animal goes rouge, it is destroyed. People are \"animals\" with higher intelligence as self interest is the dominant interest. Most of us will NOT do what RSPCA personnel did - we would have left our jobs as it is against our beliefs. What RSPCA personnel did to me and many others was premedited. Ned raises the question of lies! RSPCA Inspectors leid that wet concrete was a sludge of urine and faeces, rain wetted dogs were covered in urine, wet paper was a sludge of urine and faeces, Heavy Rain washed dogs were covered in faeces and urine, read www.petmafia.com.au - the lies continued and were told in Court. The hearing ended 27th Nov 2008 and Strofield still will not hand down his decision because the right thing to do would be lockup up heaps of rogue RSPCA Inspectors. RSPCA saw it as OK to cause their victim death threats, to have her assaulted, send her heaps of nasty letters, to steal her evidence, intimidate and threaten her witnesses, to fabricate a story and condem her. This web site is not Geraldine Robertson\'s it is mine. With utter disgust with RSPCA the story of what they have done must be told. I sat with Geraldine Robertson through the 19 day trial and all I saw from RSPCA was a pack of lies. Over and over again witnesses perjured themselves. Katty might call this evidence. When the \"evidence\" is examined it becomes obvious what RSPCA were up to. They stole Geraldine Robertson\'s Poodles and gave them to the Poodle Club of Queensland whos members did not have brown, red and apricot couloured poodles. The RSPCA Vets and Inspectors lied. Magistrate Strofield has not made his decision 6 months after the end of trial. What is wrong? Why can he not make a decision? Reason is obvious - He has to recommend RSPCA Inspectors and Vets be charged with - perjury, fabricating evidence, stealing evidence, intimidating witnesses, perverting the course of justice, withholding evidence, theft of property, harassment, stalking, invasion of privacy, criminal defamation, .... RSPCA have so much power they have intimidated this Magistrate and he is too scared to make his decision. M Watts had been to Geraldine Robertson\'s kennels shortly before the RSPCA seizure and knows what RSPCA did. M Watts was at Geraldine Robertson\'s place on the 22 Feb 2008 and saw Geraldine Robertson being robbed (with a warrant) by RSPCA. M Watts spent most of the trial days watching RSPCA lies and knows what they have done. RSPCA are still pushing their lies onto others and because they do not have integrity will continue after all their staff are charged and convicted for their crimes. Lets hope Strofield gets the courage necessary to make his decision and it is an honest and fair decision.

If RSPCA had a defence for what is being told here they would have had me in court a year ago to have the web site removed. RSPCA have lawyers prepared to act probono for them. When put to the test this would have been shown to be the truth and therefore not defamatory. RSPCA would not be able to handle the Court decision as it would show further their evil conduct.

The facts are, RSPCA came at 9.27am on 9 Jan 2008 with an entourage of reporters, film crew, RSPCA staff & volunteers ESCORTED by 2 police cars, 4 policemen & asked me personal questions i.e. full name, where I was born, when I came to Australia etc... Police left shortly after service of summons, refused to have all the dogs microchipped, strangled most of my dogs, kicked the rear of the ones who refused to move, shoved all the 108 dogs into ONE x 8 dog trailer & TWO council cars. RSPCA entourage came into my home immediately after service of Warrant & started filming until they left at 4.40pm. The ORDER TO SEIZE ALL THE DOGS WAS GIVEN SHORTLY AFTER THE SERVICE OF THE WARRANT WITHOUT ANY RSPCA STAFF EVEN BEING NEAR ANY DOG, NO ONE inspected or looked for sick & injured dogs. None of the dogs were neglected - photos mostly were FABRICATED AT RSPCA PREMISES - evidence was shown in the \"bits\" of selected film/photos produced by RSPCA in court. RSPCA refused me to identify any of the 108 dogs seized, or acknowledge the puppies scheduled to be born immediately and shortly after seizure, refused to issue receipts even after being told repeatedly that all the dogs were valuable and irreplaceable! RSPCA have destroyed my 20+ years of controlled breeding irreplaceable pedigreed stock of poodles. RSPCA assured me that I will get receipts AFTER they have identified each dog at their premises with a coloured photograph of each dog and a full written description. To this date this was not produced. The receipt I eventually received by fax to my lawyers was a couple of lines which described nothing of the 108 dogs stolen! If this is not theft assisted and abided by the LABOR GOVERNMENT, let me know what an average normal honest person would think? I am prepared and have put everything I own on the line as what RSPCA and the LABOR Government did to me is not only dishonest but is THE LAW AS IT IS NOW AND MUST NOT BE CONDONED BY YOU OR I, AS IT IS AGAINST EVERYTHING THAT IS DECENT AND WHAT AUSTRALIANS WOULD ACCEPT OR SHOULD ACCEPT. I have lived in this country for some 50 years, never did I think this day would come - but it did. I NEED THE PUBLIC SUPPORT TO STOP THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR AND EVIL STANDARD OF LIFE STYLE. The lies told in court during the Appeal for the return of all the dogs stolen is disgusting - especially by the RSPCA vets.
