Pet Mafia or RSPCA?

Below is the prices charged for dogs seized by (or abandoned to) the RSPCA. The RSPCA is running a pet trading business. There is a money motive and this is very clear. That there is a self interest motive in seizing dogs should not be forgotten.

The RSPCA kennels are "full of faeces and urine". This photo of their kennels shows clearly this "sludge of putrid smelling faeces".

The poor unhappy dogs need to be rescued from the RSPCA.
