Dr Anne Chester claimed these three puppies died due to the neglect of Geraldine Robertson. She said they died of complications related to hookworms. This could not be true as they had been treated for allwormer including hookworm by Geraldine Robertson at two weeks of age, four weeks of age and on the morning of the 9th January 2008 (date of seizure).
Dr Anne Chester also said these dogs were treated for hookworm on arrival to RSPCA at the Fairfield shelter on the 9th January 2008.
The first problem for bt5406 was on the 16/1/08 (vet report) five days after arrival. These puppies had not been weaned when they were taken from their mother and should have received a special diet and attention as advised by Geraldine Robertson at seizure. RSPCA Inspector Lawrie Stageman at cross examination agreed as it was in his audio recording.

for this puppy as for the one above.

This photo shows the four puppies happily playing. Ten (10) days after seizure three of them are dead as a result of RSPCA neglect to care for them as puppies that had not been properly weaned. This photo is a screen shot form the Entry Video taken by Lawrence Stageman part of Court Exhibit 2.
