Geraldine Robertson bred rare and valuable brown, red and apricot poodles. Poodle Club members bred only black and white poodles - they had envy. After years of demonizing Geraldine Robertson the RSPCA stole Geraldine Robertson's poodles and gave them to Poodle Club Members. Geraldine Robertson was prepared to spend money on her poodles importing rare and special poodles. Geraldine Robertson exported her very special poodles to breeders and others around the world. Geraldine Robertson did not sell her poodles locally for breeding purposes. All the brown, red and apricot poodles being sold by Poodle Club members are poodles or puppies from poodles bred by and stolen from Geraldine Robertson. Geraldine Robertson wants these poodles back and is in Court to get them back. Geraldine Robertson will get the Court granted right to seize them back herself. On the 22nd February 2008 RSPCA came again to Geraldine Robertson's property with a warrant and stole personal property and records. They stole the pedigrees for Geraldine Robertson's poodles, no doubt, to give to the Poodle Club so they could breed pedigreed poodles from Geraldine Robertson's World Famous brown, red and apricot poodles.
RSPCA the alleged charity in reality are the Evil Villains, pretending to be Super Heroes with RSPCA inspectors as Movie Stars starring in Channel 7 joint production " Animal Rescue", rescuing pets claiming the pets are suffering neglect and cruelty from pet owners and pet breeders .
The facts are irrelevant - is it a good story that makes RSPCA out to be heroes and will cause the public to make big donations. The evil RSPCA create their villains by demonising pet owners. Pet Super Heroes can only be the super heroes when there are villains to defect. The reality is that these villians are normal caring loving older people or pet breeders who loves their pets and trying to pick up a few extra dollars to supplement their merger incomes. The few big "farmers" are generally too smart to be caught and are mostly members of the different branches of ANKC (Australian National Kennel Council) namely Canine Control Council Queensland, Dogs New South Wales, etc..
RSPCA has no respect for the truth in their GREED to be powerful and wealthy. Imagination Television Limited, the film crew, movie maker, operating in conjunction RSPCA, Channel 7 in RSPCA Animal Rescue "good story" movies were made with fabricated and invented lies to make RSPCA Inspectors look like heroes. RSPCA "HEROES" RSPCA Inspectors Katie Heaton, Shayne Towers-Hammond, RSPCA Kennel Manager Nanda Ten G************* and RSPCA Veterinians Victoria Lomax, Ann Chester, are in fact some of the pathological liars and liars as shown in Geraldine Robertson's Appeal to the Magistrate Court which lasted from 4 June 2008 to 21 November 2008 (currently awaiting for the decision of Magistrate C.J. Strofield). Imagination Television Limited had prepared a segment to go to TV about Geraldine Robertson starring RSPCA Pet Super Heroes as advised but is now withheld (?).
"No dogs were covered in urine and faeces" does not make RSPCA super heroes - "Dogs were covered in faeces and urine and they all needed a bath" does. The FACT was the raid was conducted during the biggest flood in the Shire for 20 years where half of the massive Shire was under water! A concrete yard in the open soaked with rain had become a sludge of faeces and urine with a putrid smell "that burnt the back of my throat", puppies previously playing in the rain on the concrete yard and put into cages for their own protection from the 30+ RSPCA entourage, were said to be covered in urine and paper on the cage floor became a sludge of putrid faeces and urine and the puppies had urine burns on their paws. A dog RSPCA called Ned had maggots put on him after the being anesthetised for the film making. Strange that there were no open wounds shown on these dogs in that film, only maggots crawling over the wetted woollen coat. Three unweaned puppies died from starvation in RSPCA care 3 weeks after seizure. RSPCA stated these puppies have died from Geraldine Robertson's neglect even though the Court Exhibit video showed the 4 puppies healthy, playing and pouncing with each other in the confines of the laundry with the rain outside immediately prior seizure. These puppies were also shown in Imagination TV's DVD (summoned as Court Exhibit) being taken home by RSPCA Manager Nanda Ten G***********the afternoon of the seizure. All the dogs were wormed with all wormer that morning after they were shifted up to the house holding pens at 5am, this is normal kennel practice i.e. after the debris and flooding mess. RSPCA published to the media misleading statements, photos and film misrepresenting the facts, designed to incite violence (which did in fact incite violence) against Geraldine Robertson and then conducted a campaign of stalking and harassment on Geraldine Robertson in order to weaken Geraldine Robertson's resolve. RSPCA also made media releases of malicious defamatory statements based on lies and fabrication about the condition of all the dogs seized from Geraldine Robertson to dog food manufacturers, the public and a telethon raising many millions of dollars and real estate properties as donations to RSPCA to "save those poor malnourished poodles".
The viciousness of RSPCA actions committed on Geraldine Robertson was immeasurable. Geraldine Robertson was caused such fear and terror that for some 6 months, Geraldine Robertson was afraid to turn her lights and TV on at night. Geraldine Robertson fear was that someone would realise she was home and come to assault, worse, to murder her as Geraldine Robertson said it was the only way RSPCA would win. Months of vile abusive death threats caused Geraldine Robertson to believe she was to be murdered. Labor Minister of DPI, Tim Mulherin has been supporting RSPCA all the way. Geraldine Robertson wrote letters to Minister of DPI, Tim Mulherin, detailing the actual events, stating what had happened and appealing for Tim Mulherin to conduct an investigation into the RSPCA seizure and DPI Forfeiture and subsequent Confirmed Forfeiture of her beloved valuable poodles and her wedding ring, jewellery, cash, personal items, private, privileged records, computer, business records and the atrocities committed (going through Geraldine Robertson's handbag, her bedside and dressing table drawers in her bedroom, cupboards, attaché cases in her absence witnessed by a visitor) by RSPCA Inspectors when they raided her again on the 22 February 2008 the 28th Day when Geraldine Robertson's Appeal Application for the return of her dogs was terminated i.e. 28 days from date of seizure on 9 January 2008. Tim Mulherin after much delay replied to Geraldine Robertson's letters saying he had forwarded the letters to RSPCA CEO Mark Townend. For many months Geraldine Robertson was wondering how did RSPCA knew the personal details that only she knew and had written to Tim Mulherin about. All these details came to light at the Magistrate Court Appeal Hearing as RSPCA took into consideration the information contained in Geraldine Robertson's personal letters to Minister Tim Mulherin to fabricate RSPCA and DPI defence against Geraldine Robertson's Magistrate Court Appeal for the return of her dogs stolen by RSPCA. Note: Many letters had been written to the relevant Ministers including Premier Anna Bligh regarding the theft of Geraldine Robertson's personal items by RSPCA Inspectors during the raid of 22 February 2008 and to date nothing had been done - it is like it never happened!
When the RSPCA seized Geraldine Robertson's dogs on the 9th January 2008 RSPCA carried on RSPCA's planned campaign of harassment and defamation inciting violence against Geraldine Robertson fully supported by Tim Mulherin and his legal team.
The RSPCA campaign included massive vicious defamation in all the medias (NOTE:- All of the media was NOT interested in Geraldine Robertson's view of the horrific reports released by RSPCA), many nasty threatening anonymous letters, over 12 months of threats and abusive phone calls, visits to Geraldine Robertson home and property by strangers abusing and throwing objects at her. Geraldine Robertson was attacked with a bottle suffering a head injury, Geraldine Robertson's property suffered abuse as well, her fences and walls were kicked and damaged. Police took 5 hours to respond to her 000 call on 12 January 2008. A Police Officer at the Beenleigh Police Station listened and then told Geraldine Robertson, you are evil and deserve everything you get and then disconnected the telephone call. Garbage was dumped in Geraldine Robertson's driveway. Geraldine Robertson's wheelie rubbish bin was deliberately knocked down many times spilling all it’s contents and it still happens even now on Monday 22 February 2009. Internet forums and web sites were filled with racist defamation inciting violence towards her. DPI Minster Tim Mulherin is still fighting for RSPCA's "Right" to do this to Geraldine Robertson, a vulnerable 64 years old (Chinese decent Australian who had been in Australia for about 50 years) widow with no family and lived alone in isolation where the streets did not have street lighting and there is no mains sewerage, town water and public transport.
Geraldine Robertson could not go out in normal hours because people would come up to her and abuse her, it still happens even now. Geraldine Robertson was not able to visit her local club where she was a member for 10 years as other members whom she has known for years had abused her since the media releases by RSPCA. Even the post office contractor whom Geraldine Robertson had been friendly with for many years, not only abused her but also refused to deliver her mail.
Geraldine Robertson is still suffering exhaustion, depression, blood pressure, anxiety and agitation, forgetfulness, strange aches, emotional, intolerant, experiencing nightmares, hearing noises especially at night, sleeplessness, short tempered, tearful, an empty pang in her chest, chest pains, forlorn, checking and rechecking her doors and windows were locked, sitting watching the driveways, panic attacks at the slightest sound. Since 9 January 2008 She has not had a good nights sleep of more than 4 hours.
Magistrate Strofield made it clear that RSPCA witnesses were allowed to call wet concrete a sludge of urine and faces, rain wet dogs became urine soaked, wet paper became a sludge of urine and faeces. After 5 days of continuous heavy rain an open court yard had a putrid smell that burnt the back of Shayne Towers-Hammond's throat. His Honour let RSPCA get away with putting maggots on to a dog they called Ned, 3 unweaned puppies that died from starvation according to autopsy report weeks later in RSPCA care were said by RSPCA vets to have died from neglect caused by Geraldine Robertson. Magistrate Strofield accepted all this perjury and said it was not perjury and he would consider RSPCA evidence.
RSPCA were allowed to seized on the 22 Feb 2008 all of Geraldine Robertson's evidence and deny it to her. None of this "evidence" seized was used in the Court Appeal Hearing lodged by Geraldine Robertson. Witnesses who had put their dogs into her kennels and seen the conditions over the Christmas New Year Period records were not there and the witnesses could not be found. They took Geraldine Robertson's computer full of communications with her then lawyers, business and personal matters. They also took cash, jewellery and other personal properties and that is also OK by Tim Mulherin as Geraldine Robertson detailed the important items (wedding ring, etc..) in her many letters to Tim Mulherin which he never followed up on and in 2 replies Tim Mulherin wrote he forwarded Geraldine Robertson's numerous letters seeking Tim Mulherin's investigation to RSPCA CEO Mark Townend. Magistrate Strofield allowed and also helped cover up where Geraldine Robertson's witnesses had been contacted and intimidated, including being told what to say. Who has the ability to influence the Court to edit and delete electronic recordings of Court Transcripts is the question!
Tim Mulherin has paid for a Doctorate Barrister to fight for RSPCA's "right" to continue RSPCA criminal conduct against Geraldine Robertson. Tim Mulherin is doing everything to protect RSPCA from exposure of RSPCA criminal conduct and justice in the Courts. The Police have not conducted any investigations not even on the theft of Geraldine Robertson's personal properties. The whole shameful conduct of RSPCA is being covered up and protected by Tim Mulherin who is rewarded by re appointment as Minister of the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries. Heaven help all of us, the Labor Government is NOT.

The Court Process to date was like the Appeal to the DPI, a total manipulation and deliberate abuse of the law ignoring all the facts.

DPI gives RSPCA the ultimate power through an Act of Parliament to legally steal (seize animals), formally forfeits all pets seized to RSPCA and further pays RSPCA more monies $$$$ in funding. RSPCA spend $3million a year on self promotion. RSPCA administers an Act of Parliament and can buy themselves this power over and over again with political donations. No government Department is allowed to contribute to the welfare of political parties and politicians using government earnings - the RSPCA can.

Queensland Labor's Tim Mulherin has supported and condoned, with Barrister Kerri Mellifont, RSPCA conduct
RSPCA, the largest competitor in the pet industry, took Geraldine Robertson's World Famous Pedigreed Poodles and are going to bill Geraldine Robertson $500,000 in legal fees because Geraldine Robertson appealed to the Court to get them back - the appeals took 1 year. RSPCA then charged her with 149 charges, 1 year after RSPCA legal theft supported by the LABOR Government, and will again bill Geraldine Robertson another $500,000 in legal fees when Geraldine Robertson defends those charges. We must not forget RSPCA costs for "maintenance" of Geraldine Robertson's dogs probably $1 million, although we all know they had been sold! RSPCA sold Geraldine Robertson poodles for RSPCA own profit. With Magistrates who allowed improper conduct - perjury, fabricated evidence, intimidation of witnesses, theft of evidence, bullying of the defendant, breaking the law in the Act, what are the chances of Geraldine Robertson getting a fair trial? Buckleys!
RSPCA planned to seize all of Geraldine Robertson's world famous NEIGER Pedigreed Poodles, without giving her any Natural Justice, and then sell ("Foster") them for their own profits to Geraldine Robertson's Competitors in the Poodle Breeding Industry. RSPCA arrived on the 9th January 2008 with media in tow and the transport resources insufficient to seize all her dogs without having previously inspected her property. They ruthlessly and mercilessly crammed 104 dogs into 1 x 8 dog trailer and 2 x dog cages in 2 Shire Council vehicles, trampled 7 puppies to death and left another dog with a broken neck. A 64 year old widow woman on her own did not have a chance. RSPCA Animal Rescue film crew masqueraded as RSPCA staff collecting evidence. Edited and fabricated bits of this film/video footage was made available to Geraldine Robertson in her Appeal to have her poodles returned to her. Ninety plus Poodles were clipped and in good appearance and health. All the complete unedited film/video/DVD of these poodles has been hidden from Geraldine Robertson and the Court.
When RSPCA learned Geraldine Robertson was going to Appeal for the return of her poodles RSPCA came again on the 22nd February 2008, the last day for lodging her Appeal, and seized her last beloved pedigreed poodle an 11 years old neutered standard poodle named Flirt, all Geraldine Robertson's evidence, computer, personal properties including wedding ring and other valuables. Many people had been to Geraldine Robertson's kennels when they boarded their dogs over the Christmas and New Year period. These records and witnesses to Geraldine Robertson's kennel conditions were stolen from Geraldine Robertson. Geraldine Robertson's Appeal documents were stolen before they were sent to Tim Mulherin's DPI (Appeal to DPI's against their forfeiture of the dogs to RSPCA). RSPCA stole Geraldine Robertson's evidence of RSPCA cruelty to her poodles - the puppies RSPCA killed on 9 January 2008 kept in the refrigerator.
RSPCA tried to bully Geraldine Robertson into submission. RSPCA persisted in this campaign for over 12 months with abusive and threatening phone calls to her which included death threats and racial vilification. RSPCA incited people visited her property and abused, threw stones, bottles and cans at Geraldine Robertson hitting her with a bottle. Geraldine Robertson received lots of very nasty offensive racist letters. Internet forums and web sites were filled with heaps of defamation posted by RSPCA. Geraldine Robertson became isolated from those who could support her. A petition to Poodle Club Members and others was conducted by RSPCA's Sue Graham, a major poodle breeder herself, who was "fostering" selected poodles stolen from Geraldine Robertson. Sue Graham and RSPCA organised petitions to Judges, Barristers, Lawyers, Politicians and many others designed to cause her injustice in the Court where she was Appealing to get her poodles returned to her. Geraldine Robertson was not deterred.
Having read Geraldine Robertson's Appeal and letters to Tim Mulherin, DPI Minister, RSPCA then contacted Geraldine Robertson's many witnesses persuading them not to help Geraldine. Some were even told what to say and were made to feel intimidated and fearful of helping Geraldine Robertson.
RSPCA ran Geraldine Robertson out of money. RSPCA threatened that if she continued to conduct her kennel boarding business they would come and seize all the boarded dogs. RSPCA Lawyer, Anthony Deane of Clayton Utz pretended to be able to negotiate to give Geraldine Robertson her dogs back and ran up $100,000 with Geraldine Robertson's solicitors. Geraldine Robertson agreed to give up her poodles if all her customer's dogs were returned to them but Clayton Utz could not negotiate because the power was vested with DPI. Geraldine Robertson is now conducting her Court Hearings self represented.
Since seizure RSPCA say they have been caring for Geraldine Robertson's dogs. The only invoice received so far was $265,000 and works out at $200.00 per dog per week for all the dogs RSPCA seized. Geraldine Robertson at the time of seizure had orders for her dogs, one was for 60 puppies for $260,000 to Hong Kong. Geraldine Robertson was expecting around 260 puppies from her mated bitches. In the 18months up to the 9th January Geraldine Robertson has exported 160 poodle puppies overseas. A Google of "Neiger Poodles" gave this result showing Geraldine Robertson's dogs have been used by breeders all over the world. These puppies have gone missing or vanished as all 3 parties DPI, RSPCA and the Magistrate refused to acknowledge the existence of the puppies although some RSPCA witnesses did say there were puppies born. Sue Graham (Poodle Club of Queensland) not only selected the best poodles for herself but also whelped and sold Geraldine Robertson's puppies. Worst than that was the fact that RSPCA allowed a 7 months old female puppy to be mated and bred. This was admitted by RSPCA Veterinians when Geraldine Robertson saw this 7 months old puppy's photo taken in May 2008 in the Court Exhibit after the puppies were whelped and weaned. Geraldine Robertson does not breed from her poodles until they are 3 years old and older. RSPCA and Sue Graham had sold all the puppies born from Geraldine Robertson's pedigreed poodles. There is now very little local demand for poodles. The poodle market has been saturated. Both DPI and RSPCA had refused to admit or receipt the puppies born from impregnated bitches at seizure. Both are still pretending that they did not exist!
At Geraldine Robertson's Appeal Hearing, RSPCA conduct was initially not allowed to be an issue and then was covered up by Kerrie Mellifont and Magistrate Colin Strofield who got his promotion to the District Court after less than a year as a Magistrate. RSPCA witnesses went to court with obvious and provable lies and fabricated evidence that was accepted by Magistrate Colin Strofield who stated forcibly that there had not been any perjury, refused identification or acknowledgment of Geraldine Robertson's puppies born in captivity or her valuable dogs be identified by Geraldine Robertson. It has been over 1 year since the legal theft of an Australian's private properties by a private competitor in collusion with the State LABOR Government.
RSPCA was joined as a respondent on the insistance of Anthony Deane Senior Counsel (Clayton Utz) in Geraldine Robertson's Appeal to DPI and had staff sit in Court contributing nothing except running up a bill expected to be $500.000. Two Court days were spent with Geraldine Robertson and her witnesses evidence and 15+ Court days were spent with RSPCA evidence and RSPCA witnesses. RSPCA played the last man standing game keeping the case going hoping Geraldine Robertson would give up in disgust at the unfairness and lies she had to endure in the Court and now say that Geraldine Robertson is doing this to them.
When RSPCA went to Court wet concrete had become a sludge of urine and faeces, rain wet puppies became soaked in urine, newspapers became a sludge of faeces and urine, a dog had maggots put onto it, 3 puppies that had not been weaned and died from starvation in RSPCA's care 3 weeks later were said to be caused by Geraldine Robertson's neglect. RSPCA Animal rescue file crew pretending to be RSPCA Inspectors filmed the whole property and seizure of the dogs and RSPCA hid this film footage from Geraldine Robertson and lied about having this film footage. RSPCA has now charged Geraldine Robertson with 149 charges of cruelty and neglect when there was never any cruelty or neglect, and the whole fiasco of fabricated evidence and perjury in Court is beginning again.
This Labor Government is so evil stealing (seizing) someone's property and punishing them with abuse, defamation, assault, racial vilification, nasty letters, internet forum and web site defamation, then costing them $500,000 in legal fees just because they wanted their property back.
