On the 9th January 2008 RSPCA seized 104 dogs. The dogs taken belonged to Geraldine Robertson and others.
Geraldine Robertson was caused fear and terror as RSPCA mounted a campaign against her of massive defamation in the media and Internet forums, suffered death threats, nasty racist letters, telephone abuse, people came to her property and yelled abuse at her, she had stones, bottles and cans thrown at her and was hit on the head with a bottle. Piles of garbage was dumped in her drive way. Geraldine Robertson was not allowed to trade threatened to return to seize more property and could be charged for 12 months following initial seizure, in hindsight was to force Geraldine Robertson to surrender all the dogs seized) and to prevent Geraldine Robertson from earning an income from her investment at retirement. Geraldine Robertson paid lawyers while they plotted to take all her legal rights from her and have the Adult Guardian take charge of her affairs with Lawyers administering her affairs. Geraldine Robertson was vexatiously cost $100,000 by RSPCA in her own legal bills before the Magistrate Court Appeal for the return of her dogs. RSPCA recruited, corrupted and created enemies for Geraldine Robertson by Fostering (selling) her quality loving poodles out to people and telling the "fosterers" invented malicious stories about Geraldine Robertson. Geraldine Robertson's poodles were very easy to love because of their sweet, loving, highly intelligent temperaments with their high quality genetic health and value. Having fallen in love with Geraldine Robertson's poodles, greed to keep their adoring, loving new pets and their emotional involvement to protect their pets from Geraldine Robertson, portrayed as an evil and greedy breeder. This army of misguided "do-gooders" set about protecting their beloved poodles which were IN FACT Geraldine Robertson's much beloved pets. This army of "do-gooders" with righteous indignation and feeling totally justified, joined in RSPCA campaign to "destroy" any chance Geraldine Robertson would have for her poodles to be returned to her. Thus, prompted, encouraged, supported and with RSPCA participation began the brutal scandalous campaign against Geraldine Robertson. To ensure all bases were covered RSPCA had "Groups" of people from the media, breeders, and other interested "do-gooders" Groups foster Geraldine Robertson's poodles. RSPCA veterinarian Dr Anne Chester "adopted/fostered" one they called Ned and she would do what it takes to hang on to Ned. Thus her perjury and fabricated evidence in Geraldine Robertson's Appeal to the Magistrates Court for the return of her dogs. Journalists also are members of this Group.
Having suffered the insults and loss of the love and passion of Geraldine Robertson's life and her lifetime dream, Geraldine Robertson was then massively abused with unimaginable malicious defamatory lies and threats because she wanted her beloved poodles back.
On the 11th January 2008 four dogs being minded by a so called friend of 10 years, were stolen.
On the 5th February 2008 Fiona Ferguson unofficially forfeited Geraldine Robertson's dogs for DPI&F to RSPCA as RSPCA property to sell. V believed from reliable information given to her from insiders of RSPCA that 6 of her valuable breeding stock were shipped out immediately after Vet checked to a member and breeder of CCCQ and another 30 dogs were shipped out within the next couple of days to 3 separate persons.
On the 22nd February 2008 RSPCA seized property, computer system, kennel records, bank statements, legal documents, personal papers, pedigreed documents, tax files, jewellery, personal valuables, cash and one old desexed girl called Flirt whom Geraldine Robertson saw after DPI's forfeiture Flirt on 14 March 2008, in the RSPCA kenneled with 2 Pitbull type of dogs as she was too old to be sold. She could also be murdered. RSPCA also took all her PRIVATE and PREVILAGED documents, she suspected RSPCA were fishing for dirt and scandal BUT there was none and there will be none. RSPCA did not however seize an 35 years old mare on her property which was rescued many years ago..
On the 14th March 2008 Fiona Ferguson forfeited that dog called Flirt to RSPCA.
Geraldine Robertson lodged an appeal for the return of the dogs with DPI and failed. Inspite of Geraldine Robertson's requests for all the evidence to support DPI's decision she did not receive them after a month's delay by DPI.
Geraldine Robertson sought a Review of the Appeal decision of DPI and failed. Dr Rick Symons who reviewed the DPI forfeiture decision said that Geraldine Robertson should be charged for "allowing" the new born babies, some trampled to death by RSPCA inspectors and one with a broken neck that RSPCA left behind after seizing both the litters of newborn babies' mother after Geraldine Robertson's complaint to DPI about the careless attitude of RSPCA.
Geraldine Robertson lodged an Appeal to the Magistrates Court for the return of Geraldine Robertson's dogs was lodged with the Brisbane Magistrates Court. This Appeal Hearing as of 12th January 2008 has not been determined. Most of this site is about this Appeal. Final Submission
Geraldine Robertson lodged an Appeal to the District Court against Magistrate C. J. Strofield's decision to not resign due to bias. This was heard and struck out. If a person have a biased magistrate, one have to wear him till the trial is over and then apply to the higher court that he was biased after one have had one's transcripts edited (crucial parts deleted), not been allowed to have one's witnesses properly heard, had one's witnesses intimidated and then had this covered up, suffered perjury and fabricated evidence against one and then seen the transcripts edited as one had suspected would happen until one actually view the transcripts to confirm one's worst fears.
RSPCA also took Benji-Pet Kennels' (of Singapore) Dogs. Benji-Pet Kennels is now claiming the value of those dogs from Geraldine Robertson. This matter is being heard in the Beaudesert Magistrates Court. Geraldine Robertson has made an Application to have RSPCA and DPI joined as parties as they seized the Benji-Pet Kennel dogs. RSPCA and DPI both say they are not responsible. The Magistrate has sought from Geraldine Robertson an explanation of who took her dogs. Seems no one is taking responsibility. Geraldine Robertson eventually received a summons on Christmas Eve 2008 to appear at Beenleigh Court on 9 January 2009 to be charged with 149 animal cruelty and neglect offences in relation to her dogs although all her dogs were healthy, none sick or injured This matter is now being heard in the Beenleigh Magistrate Court.
