Our Labor Government has breached its contract us, the voters. It has given us laws we can not use. Laws that are "password protected".

Labor is a Government that punishes the victim. Someone - please tell me who the bagman is.

Would you buy a computer system that was password protected and the password was refused to you? What would you say about the computer system when after much expensive research you found the password and the dammed thing changed the password on you? If the only way to get the computer to work was to employ the technician who knew the passwords would you say you were being ripped off? What would you say about the technicians when you discovered that most of them do not know the passwords and just use your need to use your computer system to send you bills for talking to you and writing letters? Would you say you were ripped off? Would you ever purchase this brand computer system?

This Labor Government has given us laws we cannot use. Look at the defamation Act, The Invasion of Privacy Act, The Anti Discrimination Act and all the "causes of Action" available for litigation in Courts. This Labor Government does not give any guidance on how to use the laws. This Labor Government does not make laws for us to use, It makes laws to inflict tyranny on us .

The closest the government comes to telling people how to use the law is in the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules

149 Statements in pleadings
(1) Each pleading must—
(a) be as brief as the nature of the case permits; and
(b) contain a statement of all the material facts on which the party relies but not the evidence by which the facts are to be proved ; and
(c) state specifically any matter that if not stated specifically may take another party by surprise; and
(d) subject to rule 156, state specifically any relief the party claims ; and
(e) i f a claim or defence under an Act is relied on—identify the specific provision under the Act .

With these rules could you produce a conforming Statement of Claim?

The Forms are on the Court Website but what use are these if the "passwords" are missing?

Take Defamation as an example Butterworths "Legal Bible" helps with Precedents on pleading. The Labor Government does not provide any guidance. But the problem is that no matter how you plead or what precedent on pleading you follow, the Judge can and  will strike out your Statement of Claim because, in his opinion, it is not properly pleaded.

Since there are no complete understandable rules for pleading, if the Judge is not in your pocket, your statement of claim will be struck out. Judges invent the rules to suit them. If you head some details PARTICULARS you are wrong it should be headed MATERIAL FACTS. If you head the same details MATERIAL FACTS you are wrong it should be PARTICULARS. Judges then tell you to get legal advice (a technician who may or may not have a password - the Judges approval). A technician who will charge you heaps to write letters and still you could not get the Courts to listen to you.

This Labor Government has committed a fraud on the People by keeping the laws for itself, not the people. We have a Labor Dictatorship with tyranny. I suggest you look at www.petmafia.com.au to learn how the Government and its agents steals from its citizen and then abuses, assaults them, runs them out of money and the lawyers take $100,000 will even try to certify you mad to take everything from you before even getting to Court. Then when you become self represented no matter how good your pleadings are they will never ever be good enough and the Labor Government does not provide any guidance on how to use the Courts because it obviously does not want victims to get Justice.

How often do people find the cost of Justice just too expensive? People can lose their home, suffer poverty and become unable to afford to take the matter to Court. For this Labor Government that is the way it should be. Business people can have a contract for work not performed and before the matter ever gets to Court the Lawyers have taken twice the value of the Contract or the Lawyers at the last minute demand $100,000 for going to Court which the poor victim cannot afford so they must suffer the injustice from the perpetrator and another injustice from Lawyers.

The way this Labor Government solves injustice is to run people out of money so that they have no choice but give up and suffer their double losses.
