Anna Bligh's Government gave RSPCA the green light to steal, plunder and abuse Queenslanders using the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001, for RSPCA (a private incorporated pet trading business since 23/12/1999 selling pets in direct competition with the pet industry) benefits on top of the massive funding payments for administrating the Act. When the ex government Police Minister, Ms Spence, arranged for RSPCA, to be given new headquarters (John Oxley Youth Detention Centre) AND an additional Government Grant of $22 million AND RSPCA continues to beg for more public donations, t he stench of corruption is absolute . The Police would not and did not investigate any of Geraldine Robertson's complaints regarding RSPCA theft of personal property, intimidating witnesses, fabricating evidence, perjury, theft of Geraldine Robertson's evidence and disappearing it, cyber bullying, assault of Geraldine Robertson, invasion of privacy, and RSPCA misconduct in administering the Animal Care and Protection Act.
Geraldine Robertson was denied the protection of the Police.
RSPCA seized Geraldine Robertson's poodles on the 9th January 2008 and released fabricated video and lies published by the media on the 13 January 2008. When Geraldine Robertson telephoned 000 for help, the Beenleigh Police abused her and disconnected her call, the Logan Police told her to phone Jimboomba Police who took 5 hours to respond. Particulars of this public campaign. Geraldine Robertson was then bullied by RSPCA in the extreme to surrender (give) her valuable pedigreed poodles to RSPCA. Because Geraldine Robertson refused, she suffered greatly from telephone death threats, nasty racist letters, she was bashed on the head with a bottle, the internet filled with vile abuse including incitement to violence against her, she had property damaged and garbage dumped on her property. Geraldine Robertson lived in fear too frightened to have her lights and television on at night fearing people would see she was home and come and carry out their threats.
The Minister for Justice, Cameron Dick, corruptly found Geraldine Robertson guilty by "clerical error". As a consequence, Police told her that the crimes committed against her on the Internet inciting violence against her were fair comment and refused to prosecute the perpetrators.
RSPCA further profited by running a "save the poodles" telethon and petition to raise over $2million in donations on the lies "those poor neglected poodles". RSPCA intended to further raise more monies from the RSPCA Animal Rescue Television show from donations based on a "good story" achieved with tutored witnesses. Lies to be told to the public were that the kennels had not been cleaned for years (when Geraldine Robertson's licensed kennels were cleaned twice daily), the dogs were living on their own sludge of urine and faeces (which were debris from the flash flooding rain), the dogs were covered in maggots (RSPCA put maggots on a dog called Ned), wet concrete became a sludge of urine and faeces,

When people with police powers using spies, stalk, run vendettas with constant surveillance, we all should be terrified of our Labor Governments. RSPCA are given unsupervised legislated powers to harvest RSPCA pet sales stock by seizing animals from breeders and then taking the rest of the victims' properties (cash, home etc) with shelter charges, legal fees, veterinarian fees and other services. RSPCA have stated in the Court of Appeal on 8 March 2010, RSPCA intend to claim for care of Geraldine Robertson's dogs, shelter and caring charges of $1.8 million in the Supreme Court when Geraldine Robertson's appeals for the return of her dogs are exhausted. Geraldine Robertson's appeals to both the District Court and Supreme Court, Court of Appeal were based on law but both courts struck out Geraldine Robertson's appeals based on the corrupt Magistrates Court Decision based on the findings of "the reasonable belief" of the RSPCA Inspectors, and lies from jealous competitors. Geraldine Robertson only found out on the 8 March 2010, her dogs were given to RSPCA by the Labor Government. Geraldine Robertson's dogs were RSPCA property which were sold from the 8th February 2008 - a double dip.
On the 22 February 2008, learning that Geraldine Robertson was going to Appeal for the return of her dogs, RSPCA came again and seize/stole all her records, evidence, valuable personal property - jewellery, antiques etc. In the property seized/stolen were Geraldine Robertson's witness contact details being all the people who had been to her property over the Christmas/New Year period and boarded their dogs. These people were witness to the conditions of the kennels before the flooding rains of the week prior to the RSPCA seizure. Geraldine Robertson lost these witnesses.
RSPCA lies included:

Supplied to the media video that had been fabricated and interfered with;

Lied to the public that her dogs had maggots on them and placed maggots onto one of her dogs;
c.
Lied to the public that the dogs were covered in urine and faeces
d.
Lied to the public that the dogs were diseased;
e.
Lied to the public that the dogs were living on their own faeces and urine with a putrid smell;
f.
Lied to the public that the dogs were neglected;
g.
Lied to the public that the dogs were malnourished;
h.
Lied to the public that her dogs were packing and tearing each other apart;
i.
Lied to the public that her dogs were covered in sores and skin rashes;
j.
Lied to the public that her kennels were not cleaned for years when the kennels were cleaned twice daily; etc...
The fabricated material supplied to the media then became the evidence heard by the Magistrate in the Appeal Hearing.
