RSPCA lie that they have won.

Geraldine Robertson has filed an Application for Special Leave to the high Court.   RSPCA are now telling the media they have won along with other lies. How could RSPCA have not won?

Geraldine Robertson was not allowed to Appeal the Decision of the Magistrate to the District Court - her Appeal was struck out.

Geraldine Robertson was not allowed to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Queensland, Appeals division, as this Appeal was also struck out. All the evidence of the Conduct of RSPCA was ignored and they were allowed to fabricate "evidence" for a good story for the media to raise sympathy and thus donations from the public without any regard for the truth. RSPCA was allowed to vilify Geraldine Robertson to her witnesses and scare them away, seize all her evidence and computer system and lose her witness contact details etc... see below for more.

The Draft Notice of Appeal and Applicant's Summary of Argument to the High Court was only filed on 30 July 2010 and on 2 August 2010 RSPCA already know they have won. The High Court Rules do not allow us to publish these to you. Rule 41.10.1 of the High Court Rules 2004.

This email where RSPCA's Tracey Jackson (she introduced herself to the Magistrates Court as "RSPCA South East Qld Prosecutor" , joined RSPCA in 3/08, previously a cop (stable hand) looking after Police horses) demonstrated her evilness, using neighbours to spy on neighbours, jealous competitors to lie, writes letters with distorted facts and evil imagination (lies) to the Logan City Council of what she has heard about Geraldine Robertson's personal affairs to incite the Council to act against Geraldine Robertson. Geraldine Robertson endured a twenty year vendetta from jealous poodle breeders seeking extra income from "hobby breeding".  Being too stingy to buy decent dogs, these "breeders", plotted and planned to remove Geraldine Robertson's quality award winning NEIGER poodles as opposition. Their diseased genetically unhealthy inbred lines were so inferior to Geraldine Robertson's expensive poodles they had to compete by vilification.

RSPCA raised $millions damnifying Geraldine Robertson from 12/1/08  with an expensive TV Channel 7 Telethon. 

Neighbours like Tenille Homes are willing to spy for RSPCA reporting her own nasty imaginations when she reported on Geraldine Robertson's affairs. Tenille Holmes condemned many old poodles and the 7 new born pedigreed pups of Geraldine Robertson's to death by RSPCA. RSPCA trampled puppies & seized evidence at a later raid on 22/2/08. Their mothers nearly died or did die from trauma & stress - RSPCA vets said they had infections when it was discharge after giving birth before dawn that morning.

In Qld, anyone with powerful mates who want something of yours, can just come and take it from you and find you anywhere to make you suffer more when you protest the injustice. With this sort of monitoring some nasty government agent could walk up to you anywhere and do you in.

RSPCA has plans to be the only major pet trader and controller of animals. RSPCA expansion plans needed kennels and Geraldine Robertson's kennels in Logan were ideally suited. RSPCA had done a property search prior to their raid on 9/1/08 when RSPCA arrived at Geraldine Robertson's kennels with a warrant, the media - TV CHannel 7, Courier Mail, Sunday Mail reporters & photographers, RSPCA Pet Rescue film crew, resources to transport all her 104 dogs to the RSPCA Fairfield shelter. RSPCA had no veterinarians. No dogs were examined before seizure.

RSPCA could not disappoint the media so had to create lies for a good story. The RSPCA fabricated material supplied to the media then became the evidence heard by the Magistrate in the Appeal Hearing. To ensure there would be public sympathy to raise significant donations. RSPCA:

a. Supplied to the media video that had been fabricated and interfered with;
b. Lied that her dogs had maggots on them and placed maggots onto one of her dogs;
c. Lied that the dogs were covered in urine and faeces
d. Lied that the dogs were diseased;
e. Lied that the dogs were living on their own faeces and urine with a putrid smell;
f. Lied that the dogs were neglected;
g. Lied that the dogs were malnourished;
h. Lied that her dogs were packing and tearing each other apart;
i. Lied that her dogs were covered in sores and skin rashes;
j. etc…
The fabricated material supplied to the media then became the evidence accepted by the Magistrate in Geraldine Robertson's Appeal Hearing for the return of her dogs.

The Government could not let the public know that it has bungled big time because it is incompetent, so, the Courts had to cover up RSPCA misconduct for the Labor Government - who gave without independent supervision  the administration of the Animal Care and Protection Act to RSPCA. The District Court refused to hear her Appeal, The Court of Appeal refused to hear her Appeal.

Queensland Premier Bligh is solving her problem of corruption by punishing all the victims to stop their protests.

Tracey Jackson is maligning me by stating I am a "declared vexatious litigant", a lie,  in this email but I can tell you about Russell Mathews who is a vexatious litigant and how he became one. The Brisbane Diocese of the Anglican Church [BDAC] runs St Johns College at the University of Queensland. The Rev. John Morgan , Warden of St Johns College at UQ, wanted to have his home as an extension to St Johns college for the 2005 Academic year. Russell's house which he was paying off was owned by a trust for him with his brother in law as trustee. The chief Justice Paul de Jersey is "Chancellor" of the BDAC. When Russell's brother in law did a deal with St Johns College and sold the house from under Russell, Russell made a claim in the Supreme Court. His claim was struck out and he was declared a vexatious litigant. I personally saw Russell saving money to pay his loan repayments by eating food from the restaurant bins in St Lucia. Buying this house was a real struggle for Russell and then it was stolen from him by people who have power.

As part of the harassment the Brisbane City Council, illegally without a warrant, and Police came to his house 245 Hawken Drive St Lucia and arrested Russell and locked him up in the watch house while they robbed him. Russell was charged variously six times and was wrongly convicted without a hearing and without pleading thus protecting the Police Officer and the Council for their misconduct. After six years Russell had this conviction overturned in the Court of Appeal decision.

From a rage of injustice Russell Mathews has done up a web site about this, other injustices and corruption he had the misfortune to have experienced and has been charged under the Telecommunications Act. The Police used a warrant to seize his computer and (they thought) all his backups to stop him from running his web sites. Now compare what was done to Geraldine Robertson. Geraldine Robertson tried to make a complaint to Logan Police asking them to prosecute Troy Cumner of Dogzonline and the Police persistently refused saying the incitement to violence etc was fair comment. This is now "fair comment".

Magistrates and Judges have never found Geraldine Robertson guilty of animal offences, The Attorney General, Cameron Dick, has himself stepped and found Geraldine Robertson guilty with out a hearing, no trial, no plead of guilty, no brief of evidence and no Magistrate decision, by what he called a "clerical error" and the Logan Police (Constable Lauren Gratton and Det Snr Constable Melany Cooper) say that because she is guilty of animal cruelty Troy Cumner's published material,   Using his carriage service (website) to menace, harass or cause offence and Using a carriage service to make a threat Threat to kill, was fair comment. Isn't this what Hermann Göring did in Hitler's Germany with the Gestapo so citizens lose the protection of Police. Geraldine Robertson is a "marked" person.

The Courts act corruptly to protect Gestapo types from claims for damages from their victims.

There are many examples of corruption.

One night while walking I walked into a druggies convention taking a short cut through a railway station. I saw a train stop and the druggies approach a darkened carriage and receive parcels. When I reported this to the Police they did not want to hear me. From some inquiries I learned that two local Police would visit the druggies at their home and collect their payment of $30,000+. When the Police were faced with a revolt two local druggies who wanted out were murdered. One was found hung in a tree full of heroin, the other was tied to a train line and decapitated by the first Ferny Grove train that morning. No other youths dared again to escape the drug distribution system.

If I were to expose a pedophile by telling you his name I could be charged and jailed for up to two years. This is Labor's laws to protect pedophiles and why so little is said about them in the media. Children are harvested for their pleasure and when parents complain they get severe intimidation because pedophiles are tightly connected to each other and many have powerful positions in Government.

A pedophile after causing a six year old girl a scared vagina had a Family Court Judge order that the girl be returned to him. The Girl's parents refused and a warrant was issued for their arrest. The parents went interstate and got some help from a Canberra politician. The Judge and this pedophile were members of a pedophile club called the Sun Valley Nudist Club and this girl was carried around like a trophy. The parents were financially ruined protecting this girl from this pedophile costing them over $600,000 in legal costs.

The Kimmins inquiry was a total cover up of pedophillia. Some children were filmed being sodomised and then had their throats cut on the banks of the Brisbane River at Pinkenbah. Police managed to collect all copies and all the evidence and the Inquiry found there was no evidence to support the accusations.
