3. From or about the 13^th January 2008 to after the 7^th September 2008 the Defendants published or caused to be published on their web site, in three forums, material of and that concerned Geraldine Robertson.

4. The materials published on the Defendant’s web site http://www.dolforums.com.au/ was available to everyone who had access to the Internet in Australia and the world.

I first became aware of her when I was helping LMWS when her aunty bought a toy poodle puppy from a breeder in NSW, but was not allowed to have papers unless she gave an extra $400. Anyway it turned out the Breeder in NSW had purchased her stud dogs off this lady and because this Geraldine woman was suspended the pedigrees for the stud dogs were null and void because they were bred after her suspension. The breeder in NSW also mass produces and she will be exposed to. No one messes with dogs like this especially beautiful standards and other poodles and gets away with it.

Whatever we think of the RSPCA, I don't think they should have to pay the costs of bringing these dogs back to health.
