The RSPCA Qld. Inc, an Animal Fanatics organisation, is without any doubt whatsoever operated as:

1. A trading corporation, since 1999, within meaning and interpretation of section 4 of the Federal Competition and Consumers Act.
2. A corporation with substantial power in the market, enjoying the proceeds of no less than twenty four (24) retail outlets throughout Queensland in the name of “Animal Shelters”; “RSPCA Thrift Stores”; “RSPCA World for Pets Superstores” and also Internet trading. 
3. Is a direct competitor to Geraldine Robertson as well as other breeders and pet shops.
4. A corporation that Labor governments allowed to harvested its stock from breeders e.g. Geraldine Robertson to sell for its own profit.
5. A corporation that exploited its market power and community support through spending $3million annually on advertising to obtain public support, donations and operated the RSPCA Animal Rescue Television show for this purpose.
6. A corporation that run campaigns against local businesses and in particular a campaign against what it called "puppy factories". The "Close puppy factories" campaign justified RSPCA in stealing other people's animals as stock for RSPCA to sell for their own profit. This is clear evidence of improper purpose. The shipping containers at RSPCA Fairfield Shelters were internally subdivided into little kennels with the only ventilation a ceiling exhaust fan where the public is not allowed to view is where most of their stock is held for long periods. The open kennels were where the dogs for sale are housed for inspection.
7. RSPCA the only private corporation has a valid contact with the Labor governments to steal, defame and prosecute its opposition in the courts, obtaining judgements from corrupt magistrates and judges to bankrupt its opposition, also ran a campaign against pet shops selling pets that resulted in pet shop owners being abused and pet shops being burnt down.
8. RSPCA court prosecutions were conducted with fabrications and lies from RSPCA veterinarians, lawyers and inspectors and Labor Government public servants veterinarians and lawyers. 
9. Lawyers supporting RSPCA, members of BLEETS were recruited by RSPCA lawyers with the ambition to make fortunes out of prosecuting RSPCA victims - pro bono basis i.e. NO WIN, NO PAY.

The Federal Trade Practices Act 1974 has been repealed in favour of the Federal Competition and Consumers Act 2010 which states in part:

4  A trading corporation means a trading corporation within the meaning of paragraph 51(xx) of the Constitution.

46 Misuse of market power 
(1) A corporation that has a substantial degree of power in a market shall not take advantage of that power in that or any other market for the purpose of:

(a) eliminating or substantially damaging a competitor of the corporation … in that or any other market;
(b) preventing the entry of a person into that or any other market; or
(c) deterring or preventing a person from engaging in competitive conduct in that or any other market.

(1A) For the purposes of subsections (1):

(a) the reference in paragraphs (1)(a) to a competitor includes a reference to competitors generally, or to a particular class or classes of competitors; and
(b) the reference in paragraphs (1)(b) and (c) to a person includes a reference to persons generally, or to a particular class or classes of persons.

By way of power granted to employees of the corporation, by appointment as Inspectors under section 114 (2) (a) (ii) of the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001, the corporation clearly has extreme potential to:

(i) Eliminate or substantially damage a competitor in the pet trade market;
(ii) prevent the entry of a person into that market; or
(iii) deter or prevent a person from engaging in competitive conduct in that market.

Having regard to the fact the neither the corporation or its employees can be investigated by the Ombudsman or Crime and Misconduct Commission; a reasonable person would be justified in concluding that a trading corporation having access to such potential to damage competitors in the market:

(i) Can abuse authority to acquire stock for its retail outlets by enacting at will powers of seizure under the Act.
(ii) Cannot guarantee that it will not abuse the authority;
(iii) Cannot provide safeguards to prevent abuse of authority;
(iv) Would not ignore opportunity to consolidate strength in the market place by eliminating competition;
(v) Is not immune from corruption by virtue of its alleged altruistic goals, or;
(vi) Is somehow cloaked with an exemption from compliance with established general law, by the identity of the corporation. (GLEESON CJ, GUMMOW, KIRBY, HAYNE AND CALLINAN JJ. Minister for Immigration v Jia Legeng [2001] HCA 17; 205 CLR 507; 75 ALJR 679 (29 March 2001) )

Mr Tim Mulherin, Minister for Fisheries and Primary Industries, Parliament House, George Street, Brisbane 4000 has previously been asked to justify retention of employees of this corporation as inspectors under the Animal care and Protection Act 2001 and to comment on this anomaly of Queensland law, which is clearly inconsistent with Federal Law, creating potential for abuse of Federal Law with an apparent cloak of immunity cast upon the corporation by his Labor government. Tim Mulherin makes no comments on this subject. A reasonable person would be justified in concluding Tim Mulherin is avoiding important issues.

Answers to issues that have been put to Tim Mulherin are pivotal to security and welfare of Queensland citizens who have a legal right to earn a living in the pet trade and other markets that employ various species of animals and, who feel threatened by predatory conduct of fanatically zealous employees of the RSPCA.

Queensland citizens and their families who feel threatened by inordinate authority granted to RSPCA employees by your government are also electors who will make their feelings known through the ballot box.

Geraldine Robertson was direct competitor of RSPCA.

Geraldine Robertson's property has a fetted licence for 75 dogs over 3 months old plus all puppies. RSPCA Inspector Tracey Jackson abused her powers granted by an Act of Parliament power to persuade the Logan Council to interfere with Geraldine Robertson's kennel licence. NOTE: Every point in the email of RSPCA Inspector Tracey Jackson LLB, to the Logan City Council was and is a lie.

Geraldine Robertson was conducting a  registered business Waterford_Boarding_Kennel and Cattery_registration.

Geraldine Robertson was acting as a dog overseas shipping agent, overseeing the purchase for overseas buyers from local breeders and exporting dogs overseas.

Geraldine Robertson had a registered licensed dog boarding kennel business, overseas shipping and breeding business, was boarding other people's dogs on her property.
