RSPCA Intimidation and bully tactics includes nasty letters

Very few people would stand against people so evil as to do the following! Even Magistrates and Judges would not have the necessary courage.  See also the RSPCA organised vindictive campaign Petition called "Save the Poodles Petition" which was circulated to the public collecting signatures to stop Geraldine Robertson from ever owning an animal. These petitions were sent to the Queensland Magistrates and Judges.  RSPCA had possession of the Poodles that were being "fostered".

Another RSPCA nasty letter: It is obvious it is from RSPCA - the suggestion that Geraldine Robertson "if you copped it sweet from the start you would be out of jail already" is why RSPCA went so far in defaming her and inciting violence against her to make her submit and cower - Their conduct only hardened Geraldine Robertson's resolve to bring them to task - which is why so many court cases are running at present. This letter received 30 July 09. Also - why did RSPCA need to seize on 22 Feb 08 all of Geraldine Robertson's evidence - her own defence - if RSPCA were doing the right thing? If Geraldine Robertson had copped it sweet RSPCA would have taken her kennel property- her home along with her world famous Neiger poodles. RSPCA get to take the lot as their victims also get RSPCA's legal costs of $300,000 or more, with their own costs, this is more than they are worth. Yes they Geraldine Robertson would have already lost everything.
