The Courts and the public have accepted RSPCA lies and fabrications as the truth and have acted in an extreme manner against her. Geraldine Robertson had export orders for about 300 puppies to be born from her poodles at $6000.00 each. A once in a lifetime opportunity because of China craze for RED and BROWN poodles. Her poodles were very highly valued all over the world. Her poodles were of  exceptional value and the envy of many. When RSPCA fostered her poodles they created an army of people to act ruthlessly towards Geraldine Robertson to keep her poodles, which meant making Geraldine Robertson lose in Court.

Geraldine Robertson  was the only Australian poodle breeder who had exported numerous Neiger Poodles who became conformation and obedience Champions of their adopted countries as well as produced Champions in numerous countries namely England, United States of America, Canada, Japan, Europe, Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand. 

The Plaintiff’s export to UK, Neiger Silver Fox at Vulcan, was the only Australian Poodle shown at the prestigious CRUFTS show in London, England for 4 years running. The renowned International Poodle Specialist Dog Judge Ann Cambray Coppage of the prestigious Vulcan Kennels in Sommerset, England imported and owned Neiger Silver Fox at Vulcan. 

Another Icon in Poodles is Mary Jane Weir of Toranto, Canada who imported eight poodles to increase her breeding gene pool from the Plaintiff. 

The Japanese Champion Neiger The Rising Sun sired many champions in Japan.

The Plaintiff also bred the international famous Australian Dual Champion (OCH) Neiger Circus Rose, Australian UD ET & American Kennel Club UD NA NAJ, who was the foundation bitch of G’Day Poodles. Aust Dual Ch Neiger Circus Rose is the mother of the First standard poodle qualified and certified Cadaver Dog in USA and North America - G'Day Walkabout In Silver UD SAR from Sire : Canadian Ch & UKC Hunting Retriever Ch Bibelots Silver Power Play U.D., M.H., W.C.X. & Canadian C.D. Dam : Aust Dual Ch Neiger Circus Rose U.D., J.D., E.T., A.D. and American U.D., N.A., N.A.J.

The Neiger Poodles good reputation is supported by a Google search for “Neiger poodles” which produced a list of breeders and owners around the world with NEIGER bred poodles or with poodles bred from NEIGER Poodles. Neiger poodles were also the foundation dogs of a lot of Australian breeders

The Plaintiff was a highly respected, skilled professionally qualified accountant who took an early retirement in 1990 to focus on her passion for the poodle breed. She has never owned or bred any other breed of dog or bred anything prior 1988. All her poodles were controlled bred, pedigreed from imported dogs now stolen by RSPCA. They were in fact all individuals, loved and knew they were loved by her.

Ruthless Defamation to incite violence towards Geraldine Robertson.

The Following published comments about Geraldine Robertson are defamatory and have a nature about them that would incite others to punish or want the Plaintiff punished – criminal defamation.
