RSPCA and the Canine Control Council (Queensland) (CCCQ) have taken Control of the Pet Industry in Queensland and are ruthlessly eliminating all opposition. RSPCA given Legislated Power by the Labor Goveernment. RSPCA now sell SEIZED PETS from pet shops and RSPCA shelters.
What did this cost and who did they pay? Their goal is to make big bucks selling pets at high prices. They are gaining a monopoly by eliminating all competition. All pets sold from pet shops be de-sexed (Queensland Code of Practice for Pet Shops 2008, Code Overview) to eliminate private breeding. RSPCA must have the power and discretion to eliminate opposition by stealing (seizing) all breeding dogs from their owners to sell for RSPCA profit and where the quality is high to sell to affiliated CCCQ breeders.
RSPCA is NOT a CHARITY, they were incorporated as a pet business on 23 December 1999, they are legally a business trading in pets with shops.
RSPCA became an incorporated trading entity within meaning and interpretation of section 51 (xx) of the Commonwealth Constitution and section 4 of the Trade Practices Act 1974 on 23 December 1999 within the meaning and interpretation of law established by the High Court of Australia in R – v – Federal Court of Australia; ex parte W. A National Football League (1979) HCA 6 (1979) 143 CLR 190 or in the alternative; on 05 July 2002 within meaning and interpretation of law established by the Federal Court of Australia in Orion Pet Products Pty Ltd – v – Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Vic) [2002] FCA 860 (5 July 2002)
The RSPCA Business Model.
Their stock in trade are your pets, The ADOPTION PRICE means THE SALE PRICE, FOSTER means SALE in the RSPCA. If this is not dishonesty, what do you call this?
A team of RSPCA employees collect stock from the community. The best stock that has the highest sale value is most sought after. The poor quality low value stock is killed and disposed of - RSPCA puts down 30,000 dogs a year - this keeps the "adoption" prices high. Designer dogs, poodle crosses, good natured friendly dogs fetch the higher prices of up to $800 each. This method of collection also uses the powers delegated to them under the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001 to seize dogs.
Another team tends the stock in RSPCA and sell this stock to the community earning RSPCA $5million/year.
If children were kidnapped and sold there would be public outrage. When pets disappear no one says anything, ONLY, you, the owner grieves for your loss of your loyal beloved pets.
Years ago a corrupt group of Police were running car racket with yards selling second hand cars. After several months they would go to the new owners premises and collect the car again, move it to another city, remove the last registration details from the Main Roads Computer, and then resell the car. The car theft ceased to be another statistic. Stolen pets are not a statistic. Those who get the most pets for resale are the better performing members of the Team.
Is your pet safe from RSPCA? When RSPCA are proven to have acted wrongly in Court the Government pays as legislated in The Animal Care and Protection Act 2001, that's your taxes pays the victims of RSPCA tactics used to improperly obtain RSPCA stock in trade.
RSPCA derives income from its activities which includes income from activities related to it seizure of animals. The Annual Report
2007/2008 of
RSPCA details the following income:- (What about "undeclared
income", pets seized and SOLD privately/private deals not recorded in their
books?)
a. trading activities of its animal shelters:- selling live animals, accessories, etc;
b. retailing activities, its pet shops
etc;
c. sale of merchandise.
d. fines and charges caring for seized animals before RSPCA sell them
for RSPCA profit;
During the financial year 2007/2008 The Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Queensland Incorporated, attracted revenue of $19,769,870.00. through twenty three retail outlets across
Queensland. (RSPCA Qld. Inc. Annual Financial Statements 2007/2008 and Annual Report)
RSPCA sells pets and in particular dogs calling the sale price “adoption price”. This
price list was taken on a bad stock for sale day.
RSPCA consortium have corrupted the Queensland Government into giving them:-
RSPCA have Massive Unsupervised Political and Legal Power and can and will do everything to maintain the powers already given to them by the Labor Government.
RSPCA have more power than the Police.
Under the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001, YOU, the Tax Payers (Queensland Government) pays for all of RSPCA misdemeanors when RSPCA incur a liability through their criminal actions (when caught out - IF you can be allowed to be believed even with reliable evidence.)
At RSPCA discretion RSPCA can seize valuable property and sell that property for RSPCA's profit. Not even the Police can do this! RSPCA will abuse, threaten, defame, defraud, intimidate witnesses, fabricate evidence, assault, send nasty threatening letters, steal valuables, seize legally professionally privileged documents, seize evidence denying their victims use of this evidence, .... RSPCA will perjure and fabriacte evidence, RSPCA Veterinarians will fabricate evidence. RSPCA have UNLIMITED and UNSUPERVISED Powers. (given as evidence by Fiona Ferguson LLB in C J Strofield's Magistrate Court Brisbane on 24th November 2008, who holds a delegation under sections 154 and 155 of the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001.)
The Crime and Misconduct Commission can not do anything because RSPCA is not a unit of Public Administration (not Public Service Sector, BUT a Private business).
The Police cannot do anything because RSPCA is administering an Act of Parliament.
No Magistrate would dare stand against RSPCA as RSPCA have so much power.
What did this cost and who did RSPCA pay?
Geraldine Robertson does not have a chance in her Appeal to the Magistrates Court to get her World Famous NEIGER Pedigreed Poodles back.
Geraldine Robertson had what RSPCA Consortium Poodle Breeders wanted - exceedingly rare Top Quality Red and Brown Standard and Toy Poodles. Geraldine Robertson had export orders for her poodle puppies at $6000 each. RSPCA seized all these dogs and distributed them to greedy RSPCA Consortium Poodle Breeders.
