RSPCA and Tim Mulherin's Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries have a Private Agreement
RSPCA and DPI&F had a Private Agreement for RSPCA management of the Animal Care and Protection Act.
Since that Agreement has been breached by RSPCA will DPI&F cancel it?
Read and learn why Geraldine Robertson needs our help - she suffered a massive injustice.
Section 5 of this Agreement was breached by RSPCA when they invited Imagination Television's RSPCA Animal Rescue Film Crew onto Geraldine Robertson's Property masquerading them as RSPCA staff being there to collect evidence. None of this video evidence was made available to Geraldine Robertson in her hearing for the return of her dogs, but, now she has been told that some of it was used in the hearing. The source of that material used in the hearing was never made known to Geraldine Robertson and two RSPCA witnesses, Lawrence Stageman and Shayne Towers-Hammond said they took the relevant videos. Section 5.4 was breached.

Section 28.4 Gives DPI&F may terminate the agreement by written notice if: if RSPCA breaches a condition of the agreement
Section 28.4 (i) breaches a condition of this agreement and cannot be made good, whether or not the DPI&F has given a Notice to Remedy.
Because RSPCA breached the Agreement when RSPCA invited Imagination Television, a media company, onto Geraldine Robertson's property and distributed to the media film footage taken by imagination Television to the other media the Agreement should now be cancelled.
